Return Policy

On second hand items the refund period is 14 days and on new products the refund period is 30 days.

When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition accompanied by all certification documents (valuation and diamond report if applicable) and its box or packaging. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for a refund. Please return the item by recorded or special delivery depending on the value. Once an item has been received and checked over we will process your refund immediately, however the payment may take several days to return to your account.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Sodbury Jewellers, and we respect your concerns. 

As a general rule we don't automatically collect any of your personal information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address).

However, there are circumstances in which you may volunteer this information, and in this event, the details are kept secure and confidential. The information will only be used for purposes made known to you at the time the information is collected, or for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. 

We do collect certain non-personal information about users through the standard operation of the Sodbury Jewellers Internet Servers—for example, the type of internet browser being used, its operating system and the domain names (not email addresses where possible) of the users. 

Sodbury Jewellers will not pass any of your details onto third parties.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will be via Royal Mail first class signed for or secure delivery to be signed for, delivery will be 2-3 working days.
